the hot spring pool was a lovely place to relax. I also enjoyed the wide range of breakfast, which included a good selection of western food. I would have appreciated if the hotel had more on-site dining options or at least have good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is amazing, comfortable, and well-decorated. The Hot Springs Pool area is relaxing. Good value for money. Good range of facilities and breakfast options.

The value for money was great, and the hotel offered a range of facilities. The breakfast had a good selection of both western and local cuisine to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and some spoke English well.

The hot spring rooms were amazing and very clean. We also enjoyed the relaxing hot spring pool area during our stay. The breakfast had a good mix of both western and local cuisine. The hotel is in a convenient location and had good value for money.
The staff member at the reception did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate. there was limited availability of food and drinks in the western restaurant, and some of the menu options were not available.

We stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities provided. the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with high, end furnishings and had exclusive facilities that met our needs for a comfortable stay. the staff was attentive, and the swimming pool was clean, but the location was not ideal, with few advantageous areas nearby. Good , the hotel provided excellent service, and the room advantages were beyond our expectations. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top, notch, and the private facilities added to our overall luxury experience.
Bad , the only downside we experienced was the limited location advantages, with few entertainment options nearby. the hotel provided an excellent stay and was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Had a great weekend in what could have been a better hotel. the amazing hot spring pool was definitely our favorite aspect, since it was very relaxing and the perfect temperature. We also enjoyed the value for money we got, as the facilities were plentiful and the room was lovely. the location was convenient, with plenty of things to do and see nearby.
The staff were not the best. Although polite, we had trouble communicating with them since they didn't speak much English.
